Shipping And Returns

1) Returns/Exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the date of merchandise was delivered. All returns, undelivered and refused packages  are subject to a Minimum 15% restocking fee and non refundable shipping, handling and insurance.

2) We have now made it even easier for our customers to obtain a return/exchange authorization code. Simply fill out our online return/exchange request form by email us CLICKING HERE Please note: an authorization code is required prior to shipping back any merchandise.

  1. a) All returns need to include original factory box and original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.). Returns also need to have blank unfilled warranty cards, with all the instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
    b) All authorized returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

    c) In order to ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.

  3. d) All returns must include all the factory accessories that came with the item. If any packed accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.
    e) We must authorize all returns via phone, email or use our NEW online return/exchange authorization code request form by CLICKING HERE.  Please note:. You will require an authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back to us. The original receipt, or a copy of it, will also need to be enclosed. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a return or an exchange. Include the authorization number on the letter, and on the outside of the shipping box (on the shipping label).
  4. f) The shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. As well, the shipping costs of sending your item back to us will be at the customers expense.
  5. g) Cellification only sale cell phone devices we do not activate or provide service to devices that being sold at Cellification. please be advise this is customer responsibility to verify that the phone they buying will work on desire network if you unsure please call our customer service at 954-323-4466

3) Please be advise unfortunately we will unable to cancel an order once it was placed if you decide you want to return it please follow our standard return policy

4) Your receipt is considered valid for all manufacturers’ warranties (when applicable).

5) Your receipt will be required for any future warranty or insurance claims you may need to make. Please store in a safe place. We cannot issue duplicate receipts.

5.1) if the phone send back to the manufacturer after 30 days they will either repair the item or replace it with a refurbished device

6) Repairs on defective products will be handled by the manufacturer and not by us, unless otherwise indicated on the receipt.

7) If the act of shipping damages any item you receive, immediately contact the manufacturer. Keep all shipping cartons and contact our customer service immediately.

8) We reserve the right to limit the quantity of merchandise ordered.

9) All images on our website are for illustration only, and may not represent the exact product described.

10) We are not responsible for typographical errors on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

1) Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after the order is placed, assuming is did not yet ship.

2) Any order that has already shipped may not be cancelled.

3) Please be advise in the event customer requests to cancel there will cancellation fee of 10%.

Shipping Policy:
we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please Be advise if we unable to verify you shipping address with your credit card issuing bank your order will be shipped to your billing address

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. If we require additional time, we will update your order status accordingly.

Shipments do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping). For this reason, actual delivery dates sometimes differ from transit times. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Friday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
